Botim card delivery issue
From 11/12/25 still today I don't receive botim card from tracking reference we try to check but it's increasing days everyday for example yesterday I check its showing delivery on 06/1/26
And today it's showing 07/1/26
Everyday increasing the days

Why can't the delivery drivers have phones to contact customers if they have a delivery..all couriers communicate clearly
